Barça - Inter

On the 20th of April in 2010, FC Barcelona played against Inter in Milan, the semi-final of the Champions League.
The match had a lot of problems, first the aeroplanes couldn't fly because a volcano from Island eruptioned. When the match began, the local team dominated all the time and they won 3 - 1.

Yesterday, these two teams played the second match of the semi-final in Camp Nou. Barça needed to win by a difference of 2 goals if it wanted to arrive at the final.

Next month, inter is going to play against Bayer to win the Champions League in Santiago Bernabeu, Madrid.
Next year, this final match is going to be played in Wembley, London.

Sports Party

Last Monday and Tuesday began the school festivity in the school Maristes Montserrat.

In these days students from 1th Eso to 2nd of batxillerat practice different types of sports. For example: football, basketball, boom-boom, domino, ball between legs, furboo, etc..

Every class has one T-shirt with a different color from the rest of the classes.

The prize is a trip to Port Aventura with all the class that wins, but there are two prizes because there are two levels: one compose by 1st Eso to 3rd of Eso, and another level is compose by 4th Eso to 2nd of Batxillerat.

This year the winners were 3rd Eso A and 1st of Baixillerta A.

The Major Party

We explain about the Mayor partyof Lleida and what we do. That party is celebrated in May, the days: 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11.
The party started with an opening speech on Thursday in the afternoon. The children go to the Paeria and look the festival. But in the night, at 10 o'clock we could see the firworks in the river. Then in "Camps Elisis" we could go to concerts of Stronguers and Maldita Nerea.
But the party didn't stope here, on Friday in the morning there were some acts but the children couldn't go because they were in the school. In the afternoon, the typical activity was going to the forfair. At night, the teenagers went to "chic" to watch the fashion shows that prepeared the different schools.
Saturday, also there were a lot of activities in the "Camps Elisis" and shows with "cap grossos". At night, we went to the night celebration in the river and to the concerts.
The Sunday all day there were little concerts for the children.

THE ENGLISH EXAMS

In this year, the students of 4th ESO, have a lot of problems for passing the English exams. this disaster appears when the student starts to study the day before the exam, and then the marks that get aren't enought good for the students.

I know that, because I'm one of these students that start to study the day before the exam and I'm one of the group of the students that don't pass the English exams.

But this disaster has a solution, and this solution is that instead of starting to study the unit the day before, they have to take a lot of notes in class of English, pay attention to the teacher and start to study some days before the exam.

The Spanish League and the Spanish Teams

First, we speak about the league.

The league 09/10 is a very disputted league in all of the possibilities. Barça and Madrid are fighting for the league. But, this isn't the just one fight of the league. For example: Valencia and Sevilla are fighting for two of the four places to disputted the neaxt year, the champions league.

Under these teams there are Mallorca and Getafe, in the places to disputte the next year, the Europa League. These teams are Villarreal, Atletic and Atletico.

There are nine teams that can go down to inferior leagues.

One team in Spain is in the final Europa League. It is the Atletico and play with the Hamburgo. This team at the same time will play the final of the king cup and them play with the Sevilla.

In conclusion, this league is the most popular league because have the best players of the world.

The school festivity

On Monday and Tuesday, in the school of Maristes Montserrat Lleida, we celebrated the school festivity.

People from 1rst of ESO to 2nd of Batchillerat participated in this funny event, this festivity is a competition in different sports, like: football indoors, basketball, furboo, tennis-table, skiping rope, throw to basket and pull a rope tight.




And there are some competitions with eliminatories like: boom- boom, pull a rope tight, skiping rope, throw to basket and tennis-table.

This competitions are played by people of a class, each class is a team and all the people of the class do different activities.

The puntuations of the different events are different, for example in the eliminatories are the event that gives to the class more points.

The winner of the competition wins an award.

Paris ♥

We went to Paris, the city of love, with the school last month.

We went by bus and the trip laster 14 hours. We arrived there at 10 o'clock and we went to the porter's lodge. Later, we went to a walk arround the Nôtre Dame Cathedral. After that, we went the "Cité", the economy district of Paris.
The second day we went to the Science museum in the morning. In that place, we watched mathemathic exhibitions, sound effects, valentino's motorbike, and many more interesting things. In the afternoon, we went to the center of Paris to go shopping.

At night, the day was very amazing because we had the bateau- mouche, a boat that crosses the Seine.
The next day, we woke up very early to take the bus to go to Verssailles. And in the afternoon we went to the Louvre museum.
The last day we went to Disneyland Paris. This was very funny because there are a lot of attraction. And at night we returned to Lleida.

Sant Anastasi 2010

The 6th of May in Lleida starts the festival of this city. This festival finishes the 11^th of May.

During these days all the citizens of Lleida go to a big park near the river, the Camps Elisis. In this park you can find different activities to do in family or with your friends.

The council of Lleida organizes a lot of concerts and spectacles. The night of 6^th of May, to start this festival, three important groups play in Lleida: Maldita Nerea, Strombers and the 40 principals.

The best part of this festival starts on Wednesday afternoon because all the students don’t go to school.

For celebrating that the festival starts, there is some fireworks that take place in the river, after that, that night go to the Camps Elisis a lot groups, for example: Elekbass, Nanok, Le Friss, etc.

Near the concerts, there is a place for little attractions for all the people.

The people who want to enjoy this festival where in the Camps Elisis seeing concerts or in the river with their friends.

It’s the most important festival that celebrates this city and it’s very important that all the citizens enjoy it a lot.

The only thing that makes the citizen worried is the weather, because all the years rain these days.

school festivities

last 26th and 27th of April, the students of Maristes of ESO and Batxillerat had a competition between classrooms .
The festivities started last Friday 23th of April by the students of 4th ESO. They did a performance for all the students of the school.
On Monday the festivities started and the teachers gave a shirt to the students. In the festivities, there were a lot of different activities like football for boys, for girls, basketball, boom boom, sudoku, furboo etc.
On Tuesday, there was a mass in honor of the good heavens of Montserrat. After that, the activities continued and in the afternoon, the teachers put a film on the theatre for all the students of ESO.
