There are a lot of problems related with teenager's feeding.
Most of them eat badly. Some teenagers eat more than they have to eat, other teenagers (more girls than boys) don't eat enough.
Obese teenagers replace vegetables as beans, potatoes, peas; pulses, all types of meat, fish , friut like apples, bananas, pineapples, watermelon, pears...Instead, they usually eat frankfurts, hamburgers, chips, fried food, sauces like ketchup; sausages...
This is not advisable because then, they can have serious illnesses.
In Europe,there are a lot of teenagers with this problem but in America there are more healthy problems than in Spain.
