We are on 9th December of 2010, which means we are quite close to Christmas. At Chirstmas time people enjoy their time with their families. They decorate their house whit Christmas trees which is decorated with Christmas balls, stars, Chistmas lights... We also make "the Betlem", which is a cultural tradicion that consists on simulate the Nativity scene. Here, in Catalunya, we have "The Caga Tió" which is a Catalan tradition where the kids beat the trunk, and the trunk gives presents to kids. When we go out, to the street we can see a lot of Christmas lights decorating our city and there are a lot of joy, and we are full of happiness.
We also celebrate, on 6th of January the magic night, "The Three Wise Men" come to our houses to offer presents to children. If the children have been such good children, they get presents and if they've been bad they get coal.
So, the Christmas time is a period of time where we all enjoy and see how children still believe in magic, this fills our hearts of joy.
