This law has been critisized because two years ago, the Spanish government made a first law allowing all the bars to have a special smoking area. The owners of the bars spent a lot of money on the building works and now, that the law has changed, all the money spent wasn't worth it.Besides, it is not allowed to smoke in the parks and around the hospitals, but most people think that this part of the law is a little bit stupid.
Our opinion is that a lot of people will have to pay because they won't obey the law.

ReplyDeleteThe law can be critisized, but is one thing that this gouvernement did it right, the smoke can upset non-smoking people and it's a vice that not only make worse your health it make the others' too. We prefer Xupa Xups, and definitely it's a good law.
ReplyDeleteuuu what are you saying? maybe for you is a good law because you don't smoke, but don't be egoist and think with the other people that smoke. I don't smoke but i think it's a stupid law. If a person goes into a bar and see a person smoking you just sit down far from this person and problem solve :)
ReplyDeleteThis law causes lots of different opinions, because here there are two sides. One the smoking people and the other the non-smoking people. For smoking people is an unfair law because they have that habit and if they want they should be able to do it. In the other hand there's the opinion of the non-smoking people, for them is better that people can't smoke in restaurants but we understand the opinion of the smokers.
