SPINNING
Spinning is a sport that consists of cycling on a static
bicycle. In the last years a lot of people have started doing this activity in
the gym or their houses. Spinning works legs muscles and the bum, it’s funny to
do it because you listen music at the same time that the coach encourages you. They
are dynamic classes and if you can’t follow the class you can stop or reduce
your pace. On the other hand, spinning exhausts you and it’s so gratifying for
people that love do sport and you do a lot of cardio.
We recommend it because it’s a good way to do sport and it’s
not very expensive to do.
