The trip to Barcelona

 

3rd and 4th level of E.S.O from Maristes went yesterday, 22nd October of  2010, to Barcelona.

All the students arrived to Madrid Avenue at half past seven and got into the bus.

There was three buses, and there were sixty people in each bus.

They arrived in Barcelona at half past eleven. The third level visited " Cosmocaixa museum" while the fourth level took a walk along the Gothic neighbourhood, where there are "Santa Maria del Mar" and others touristics sites.

In the  afternoon, they went to Paralel Street and saw a theatre play called "la nit de Sant Joan".

Finally, they returned to Llieda at eight o'clock

ALARM FÜR COBRA 11

Alarm für cobra 11 is an action tv serie, this series is in Cuatro channel at 11:00 o'clock on Monday to Fryday. This series comes for Germany and is very famous action series in many countries of Europe. The original tittle of this serie is '' Alarm für Cobra 11- Die autobahn polizei'' and it is tranlated in a lot of lenguages: Spanish, Italian, French...
This action series is about two policemans, their names are Semir Gherkan and Ben Jagër, their original names are Erdogan Atalay and Tom Beck.

This policemens are in the group of highway patrol an in every chaptter are they persecute many criminals, thiefs, and more evils.
In every chaptter a minimun of then cars crashes, and there are a lot of explosions, shots, persecutes and a lot of action.

Semir is famous to drive a BMW 320d and Ben is famous to drive a Mercedes Class E 280.

Lakers vs Barça

Last week, on Thursday, Lakers(a basketball team) came to Barcelona, from Los Angeles, to play against Barcelona.

The match started at 20:00 hours and it ended at 21:15 more or less.

In that match some of the best basketball players of the world played, like Kobe Bryant, Pau Gasol, Ricky Rubio..

It was an intensive match, due to the quality of the players.
The match finished in 92-88 winning Barça. It went a lot of famous people related with sports, like Fernando Romay... The match was disputed at Palau Sant Jordi, a big stadium of Barcelona's City. Many hours before the match a lot of people were waiting in the entrance.

BARCELONA Day

 

We are going to go to Barcelona ( 20th of October ) we are going to stay at the Gothic District visiting “Catedral del Mar”.

In the afternoon, we will go to see a representation of the magic night of “Sant Joan”.

“Sant Joan” is the shortest night of the year, the majority of people buy firecrackers and sometimes, launch then in all the city, at the end sometimes a company of fireworks launch a lot of explosive rockets witch light all the city in magic night.

In this representation we will find the magic spirit of this night, witch has happiness and hope.

So, we think this day in Barcelona is going to be amazing and successful!!!

The tragedy of the miners

Last Thursday, 14th of October, 33 miners were rescued from the mine where they were working. That happened in Chile, there the mines are very insecure, one of the mines had a landslide and the 33 miners who were working there were trapped.They were seventy days with few food, thirty-five grades and ninety percent of humidity.
Outside people who knew the situation of the miners built a machine, like a lift, to rescue them. Mr.Gonzalez was the most corageous man that entered in the machine and went down putting his life in danger and was the last to went up.
We expect that now, after this tragedy, the politics take mesures of security in the mines.

4rth of ESO!

It is the last course of ESO, when you end this course you choose two ways: To do batxillerat this level is for two years,and you can do different branches: scienst,social,humanistic, teconologic, artistical... In the two courses of this level you have to work hard because you'll do an exam, and depending of the mark you'll enter to the university or not.
To work if you don't have the ESO, or you pass the ESO with a low mark, you can search a job but it is so difficult, because any person wants you because you haven't got studies.
For the moment for us 4rth of ESO is so easy but we have to study more than the last year.Every person can choose three subjects different from the rest of the class an this subjects you choose, depend on the batxillerat that you want to do.
We hope that this will be a nice course.

barcelona tour

Last Wednesday, we went to Barcelona, with our school friends, we left at 7:00 a.m. with school bus, we arrived at 10:00 a.m.. We went to visit the Gothic neighbourhood, there, two friends of mine, went to another street that we couldn't go, in this street two men caught them and started to ran the two men put them in their car and went away.
Our teacher started to phone the police and to search in all streets of  Barcelona, but this city is very big and they didn't find anyone.

All of our friends started to cry  and  worry,  but our teacher decided to continue the tour, we were walking in the "Rambles" when we heared: Yolanda!!!!; one of our friends that was caught by the two men were calling her name and, the teacher started to ran she found him in a little shop full of boxes that say "the end of the world is near".

Finally, the police caught the thieves and we returned happy to Lleida.

Big Party 10' Lleida.

This week, in lleida city, there was a Big Party 10'.
There were different concerts, parties, etc. In Camps Elissis in street, in some pubs, etc.

In the last years, the teenagers have gone to the river to make "botellon", but this year, the police watched at for the people that stayed in the river and took the drinks.
The botellon is a event on what teenagers gather together in a river or others places to drink and have fun at night. This event is celebrated in important parties.

This year came less fanfire because we are in crisi.

BIG BEATING IN SANTIAGO BERNABEU

Yesterday, at nine o'clock. in the afternoon in Madrid, the capital of Spain, in the Stadium of Real Madrid (Santiago Bernabeu). The team of the capital, gave a big beating to Deportivo de A Coruña (6-1).

Cristiano Ronaldo, with number seven, (CR7) openned the scoreboard in the minut three making a goal with the head. The second goal was made by the player with the number twenty-three (O'zil), with an individual move. The goal number three it was made by Di Maria, with the number twenty-two, this player participated with Argentina in the world cup in SouthAfrica.

The fourth goal was made by Di Maria, doing an individual move. The next goal, the number five, was made by Sergio Ramos with the head in one play of corner. And the last goal, the number six was made by Marcelo with a play with Cristiano Ronaldo and Di Maria.

Saturday night!

In the school Maristes Montserrat yesterday, two boys and three girls had an accident.
All started when on Saturday five guys went to the disco “Imperia Drink”.
When they went inside, the boys started to drink a lot. Later, the three girls, too.

At half past six the five guys went outside the disco. One boy took car an the guys had and accident. The four guys are in the hospital and one girl, Sónia, died.

We want to advice if you go to disco, you have to watch out what you do, and especially; to control what you drink, and what drugs you consume and other things.

Night in Lleida

Last night, in Lleida, two policemen arrested two men for arsoning Seu Vella. They were disguised like they were nuns. Both supposed arsonists were twenty-five years old, and both were drunk. The police caught them when they were running down the Seu Vella's hill. Seu Vella now is ok with no damages and in perfect conditions. The two arrested men are now under the police custody, waiting for a trial, on wich they are going to be accused of arsoning.
