There was a big dragon besides a town there was a princess and a lot of inhabitants. The dragon every day ate ten sheep and cows.

One day all the sheep and cows were finished and the dragon said that if the town didn’t give him the princess, he would eat all the town’s people.  

Later the town’s people gave the princess to him and when the dragon was going to eat the princess Saint George appeared. Saint George killed the dragon with his sword.

From the blood of the dragon a rose appeared and Saint George took it and gave it to the princess and later everybody said thanks at Saint George.

Atletico vs Bayern

The 27 of Abril the semifinal of champions started.

Atletico played against Bayern in Vicente Calderon, the match started at 20:45h.

The match was dominated by Atletico. In the 11th minute , Saùl scored a goal, then Bayern had the ball in the rest of the match, then Alaba the defender of Bayern shot the ball from the middle of field and the ball hit the post. After that Bayern couldn't score any goals. Thanks to goal by Saùl, Atletico won the match.

The next match of these teams will be on 3rd of May.

At the moment the favourite team to pass is Atletico but the favourite to win the match in Allianz Arena is Bayern, and the winner will play in the final vs Madrid or Manchester City.

Saint George

On 23^rd April, Catalans celebrate a popular tradition, remembering a legend named “The History of Saint George”. Here in Catalonia, we give a present to our family and friends to show that we love them. Following the tradition, the boys buy a rose to their girlfriends, and they give them a book.

The boys give the roses to their girlfriends, because the legend says that a dragon wanted to eat people, and one day, the princes of the village became the food of the dragon. She went to the cave waiting for the dragon. In the last minute of her life a knight named Saint George appeared and he killed the terrible animal. From his blood arose a beautiful rose and he gave it to the princess.

The girls present a book to their boyfriends, because on 23^rd April we celebrate the death of the famous writer named Cervantes.

THE CHAMPIONS

The UEFA Champions League, known as the Champions League, is an annual continental club football competition organized by the UEFA and contested by top-division European clubs (depend on the league).

It is one of the most prestigious tournaments in the world and the most prestigious club competition in European football.

The final of the 2015 tournament was the most watched UEFA Champions League. Watched for more than 400 million people.

Introduced in 1992, the competition replaced the European Champion Clubs' Cup, or simply European Cup, which had start since 1955.

Actually the Spanish football team Real Madrid has the record of the champions league won (10), followed by Milan (7).

The last one who won it was Barcelona football club against Juventus in the Olympia stadium

(2-1).

We think win the Champions League it’s more prestigious than the league because it takes the best teams of each country. Winning it requires more effort. J

Fast food is the food that is prepared and served very quickly, it was first popularized in the United States, and it has less nutritional value than other foods and dishes.

There are many reasons why many people love to eat fast food. It is fast and easy to eat food which make us happy.  But, recently, we have heard that fast food is bad food for people. There are too many researches about disadvantages of fast food. I think that fast food has more bad properties than good ones.

There are some reasons that make fast food bad for your health, it has a lot of calories and cholesterol, and also, it is fried with oil. Children that eat this food too much are considered obese and may have some other health problems.

“PREGÓ DE FESTES”

Every year the fourth of ESO students organize a big festival which welcomes the school festivities, where all the school participate.

This year we are going to organize the “pregó” and we are so excited and also very nervous because it is the first time that we do something like this and all the school will be watching us.

And now we are going to explain how we organize this festival.

First of all the music students decided the topic and we suggested it  to all the fourth of ESO students. 

Then the teachers wrote the script and we distributed all the roles. Now we are recording all the voices for every role.

The following week we are going to rehearse the festival and all the dances. And finally the 25^th we are going to do it in front of the school.

DO YOU AGREE WITH THE DEATH PENALTY?

We think that depending on the cases, the death penalty should be applied or not. For example if someone murders another person, does he deserve the death penalty?

In our opinion, this person should be in prison forever but he should never be killed. Because if he was killed, the person who killed him would be committing the same crime as him. On the other hand, if that person has killed lots of people, and after he runs away, we think that this criminal should be punished with the death penalty, because the feeling of knowing that some day you are going to be killed is similar to the feeling that people have when they know that they are going to die.

If you killed someone you have to be punished in some way, that’s why he should be in prison but if he has done something really bad, in our opinion, he should be punished with the death penalty.

The life of the criminal must have the same value as the life of the victim.
